About the player
Danielius Jarašius came through FA Šiauliai's own academy, joining the club's youth setup in 2014 and working his way through its ranks in the Elite Youth League. He made his senior bow for FA Šiauliai B in the I Lyga in May 2022, then spent the following two seasons shuttling between the reserves and occasional call-ups to the first-team squad.
The breakthrough to Šiauliai's top-flight side came on 18 June 2024, when Jarašius made his A Lyga debut against Dainava. He kept his place through the second half of that year, becoming a regular starter and featuring in fixtures such as the 1-3 defeat to Žalgiris that October. He has continued as part of the main squad into the 2025 season, wearing the number 27 shirt.
Away from club football, Jarašius has also been capped at youth international level for Lithuania. He remains right-footed despite playing on the left side of defence.
