About the player
Gui Santos joined Sporting CP's academy in 2012 at the age of seven, moving from the U15s to the U17s and then the U19s. He stayed with Sporting for three further seasons with the U23 side, making 54 appearances and contributing four goals and two assists, including 20 outings in the Segunda Liga during the 2025/26 campaign.
Santos also represented Portugal at youth level, turning out for the U15, U16 and U17 national teams. Among those caps was an appearance from the bench for Portugal U17 in a UEFA Euro 2025 qualifier against Kazakhstan.
In July 2026, after his contract at Sporting expired, Santos left the club he had joined as a child and signed for Feirense on a free transfer, agreeing a deal that runs until 2028, where he now wears the number 8 shirt in midfield.
