Hélder José Castro Ferreira

Hélder Ferreira wears the number 7 for Noah. Born in Fafe, Portugal, he came through Vitória Guimarães, spending four seasons with the club's B side before breaking into the first team.

His career took him through Paços de Ferreira, where three seasons produced a run of nine league goals, and then to Cyprus with Anorthosis Famagusta, a two-year spell in which he found the net nine times in the league. He signed for Noah as a free agent in June 2024. In his first season he scored nine league goals and two more in European competition, helping the club to a domestic double of the Armenian league title and the Armenian Cup. He signed a new contract to 2027 that July.

The following season he scored ten league goals, making him the division's second-highest scorer, and he finished runner-up in the vote for the league's best player. In August 2026 he extended his contract again, this time to 2028.

Ferreira's international experience is confined to Portugal's youth sides. He played for the under-20s at the 2017 World Cup in South Korea, scoring in a 2-1 win over Zambia, but a call-up to the senior national team never followed.
