Isaac Tshipamba Mulowati

The 2021 FAI Cup gave Isaac Tshipamba a notable opportunity. Signed by Waterford FC on a free transfer from Angers B in the spring, he scored in the second round against Kilnamanagh and again in the quarter-final against UCD. Waterford went out in the semi-final, beaten 1-0 by Bohemians.

Born in Lyon and holding French nationality, with Congolese heritage, he came through at Lyon and Angers before the senior game took him a long way from either. Angers B in 2019, then a free move to KSV Roeselare in Belgium's First Division B in July 2020. After Waterford came Wingate & Finchley in the National League South, where he scored twice in a 3-0 win over Horsham in March 2022.

The settled spell came at US Quevilly-Rouen Métropole. He arrived in the reserves in July 2022 and was promoted to the senior squad that November, spent the 2023/24 season on loan at Avranches, then returned to Quevilly-Rouen and scored nine goals in all competitions across 2024/25 — his most productive season on record.

Maribor announced his signing on 13 June 2025, a free transfer with a contract running to 31 May 2027. He has scored once in the Prva Liga in 2025/26 and once in Europa Conference League qualifying.

He has no senior international caps for either France or DR Congo, and no youth caps on record.
