Igor Vujačić

Vujačić had been at Zeta twice before anyone outside Montenegro paid much attention. He debuted for the Podgorica club against Lovćen in September 2011, still a teenager, and scored his first goal that November against Bokelj. Then came a stretch: Vojvodina in Serbia, then a free transfer to Widzew Łódź in Poland in April 2014, where he never played a first-team match and turned out only for the reserves. By that summer he was back home with Mogren, and a year later back at Zeta again, where he stayed four seasons.

Partizan signed him on a free transfer in June 2019, and he stayed four years, making 94 appearances and scoring nine goals. The club finished runners-up in the Serbian SuperLiga in 2020–21 and 2021–22 and fourth in 2022–23, and lost two cup finals, the second of them to Red Star Belgrade. Vujačić left Belgrade without a major trophy.

Rubin Kazan announced his signing on 30 June 2023 and paid Partizan €1m, with the contract signed four days later. He has since made 104 appearances for the club, 85 of them in the Russian Premier League, with one goal and one assist in the league.

His international career began the same month he joined Partizan: a Euro 2020 qualifier against Kosovo on 7 June 2019, drawn 1–1. He has been a fixture for Montenegro since, starting through three Nations League campaigns, playing seven Euro 2024 qualifiers and continuing into the Euro 2028 cycle. Forty-six caps, no goals.
