About the player
Kuvonchbek Khushvaktov came through the academy at Nasaf Qarshi before joining the senior squad in January 2026. A centre-back who wears number 5 for Uzbekistan's under-23 side.
His clearest mark on a match so far came at the Asian Games. Uzbekistan U23 reached the semi-finals of the 2026 tournament, where they faced Japan U23 on 30 September 2026. Khushvaktov came off the bench in the 106th minute, deep into extra time, and the tie went to a penalty shootout. He stepped up and missed his spot-kick, one of the defining moments of the match for him personally.
At youth level he has also featured once for Uzbekistan U20, scoring twice in that appearance. There is no record of him having played for the senior national team.
