About the player
Martin Georgiev's international debut came against elite opposition: on 14 October 2025, he was named in Bulgaria's senior side for a World Cup 2026 qualifier away to Spain, a match that ended 0-4.
Georgiev's move into senior football continued in February 2026, when he joined Spartak Varna as a free agent. He stands 185cm and plays on his right foot.
