Nemanja Bilbija

Four seasons in a row, no one in Bosnia and Herzegovina's top flight scored more goals than Nemanja Bilbija. The run stretched from 2020/21 to 2023/24.

He started at Borac Banja Luka in 2008, and moved to Vojvodina in Serbia two years later. A loan took him back to Borac for the 2012/13 season. In the summer of 2013 he joined Sarajevo, where he won the Bosnian Cup in his first season and the league title in 2014/15. A year in Croatia with RNK Split followed, and in the winter of 2016 he returned home to sign for Zrinjski.

The Mostar club has defined the rest of his career. He won the championship in 2015/16, 2016/17 and 2017/18, then again in 2021/22, 2022/23 and 2024/25 — six titles in all — along with three cups (2022/23, 2023/24, 2025/26) and the Super Cup in 2024 and 2025. The one break came in December 2018, when he left for Gangwon FC in South Korea. He spent 2019 there and was back at Zrinjski by the end of that year.

With the under-21 side he scored nine goals in 22 matches, more than anyone else in that team's history. The senior call-up came later: he debuted for Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2018 and made six appearances without scoring.
