About the player
The 2025/2026 TFF 1. Lig season is the one that separates Pedro David Brazão Teixeira from the player who spent his early twenties waiting for minutes: eight goals and nine assists.
He started out in the youth ranks at Sport Futebol Damaiense before moving to the OGC Nice academy in 2017. The step up to senior football came at Nice in 2019, but it never turned into a run of games — one first-team appearance across two years on the books. A loan to Lausanne-Sport for the 2020/2021 season gave him something closer to regular football: 20 appearances and a goal.
In August 2021 he returned to Portugal, joining F.C. Famalicão permanently on a five-year contract for an undisclosed fee. The deal length suggested a plan; the playing time did not follow. Two seasons brought 17 appearances and one goal, and the contract was cut short when he left in July 2023.
BB Bodrumspor signed him that month on a three-year contract, again for an undisclosed fee, and the move worked in a way the previous two had not. By May 2026 he had made 87 appearances for the club and scored 10 goals. He has no senior international caps or call-ups, and no individual or team honours to his name.
