About the player
Paulo Miguel Gomes Ferreira, known as Paulité, wears the number 10 shirt for Leixões. His route to the club ran through Portuguese youth football almost entirely — spells at Sacavenense, Académica, Marítimo and Vitória Guimarães shaped him.
That contract came at Estoril, where he made his senior bow in the Liga Portugal 2 in September 2020. He then returned to Portugal, joining Leixões as a free agent in July 2023.
