The women's side at FSV Babelsberg 74 goes into 2026/27 with a place in the DFB-Pokal already secured, earned by beating SG Blau-Weiß Beelitz 4:1 in the Brandenburg cup final in 2025. That same year they took the Landesliga title as well.

Twice the club tried to climb out of the regional level altogether. In 2015 and again in 2017 they came through the promotion play-offs, against SFC Stern 1900, Bischofswerdaer FV 08 and FFC Gera, and went up to the Regionalliga.
The club that holds all this dates from 21 September 1990, when former members of HSG Wissenschaft Babelsberg set up a new organisation after the old structure broke apart.
Home is the Rudolf-Breitscheid-Straße ground in Potsdam-Babelsberg, which holds 1,000.
