Gévora

Getting that far had already taken a shoot-out. On 9 October CD Gévora drew 1–1 with UD Playas de Sotavento in the preliminary round and went through 2–1 on penalties. It was not the club's first appearance in the competition — there had been one in 1975–76, ended in the opening round — but that earlier run belongs to a different club in practice: between 1977 and 1989 Gévora did not compete at all, returning only in 1989–90 in the Primera Regional de Extremadura.

Everything since has been regional. The green shirts and black shorts that gave the Verdinegros their name have been seen almost entirely in the Extremaduran divisions, and until recently the ceiling was clear: second in the Primera División Extremeña in 2023–24, beaten finalists in the Copa Extremadura the same season. A year later they took both, and the promotion that came with the league title carried the club into the Tercera Federación for the first time, Group XIV, where Martín Fernández Martínez has them in 2025–26.

Founded in 1962, Gévora reached the fourth tier in its 63rd year.
