Greuther Fürth Women

Two Bavarian cup finals, two years running. In May 2025 the Fürth women beat FFC Wacker München 5:2 to take the Hiscox Verbandspokal der Frauen ; the following season they came back for the same trophy and edged SC Amicitia München 3:2.

The 2024/25 season did double duty. Alongside the cup, the side took the Bayernliga title and with it promotion to the Regionalliga Süd, so a squad that had been playing regional football went up a level and into the national cup within a few months. Felix Bernhard runs the team.

The green and white come from the clover leaf on the badge, which is also where the nickname sits — the Clover Women, or Kleeblatt-Frauen at home. The badge and the year both belong to the wider club: SpVgg Greuther Fürth 1903, the oldest football club in the town. Home matches are at the Sportpark Ronhof Thomas Sommer, a 16,626-capacity ground.

FC Nürnberg carries the same name as the men's — the Franconian derby. It is the one date on the calendar where the table goes out of the window.
