Hluboka nad Vltavou

Football in Hluboká nad Vltavou began inside a broader circle, not as its own venture: in 1911 a student sports society took shape in the town, and a football section grew up alongside its other activities. A decade later that section broke away into a club of its own, SK Hluboká, founded in 1921. Through the post-war decades it played as TJ Hluboká nad Vltavou, was refounded as an independent association in 1991, and has carried its current registered name, TJ Hluboká nad Vltavou, z.s., since 2016.

Home games are played at the Fotbalový stadion Hluboká nad Vltavou, a natural-grass ground with floodlights and a running track around the pitch, holding 1,500. Its covered stand was replaced in 2019. The team wears red shirts and shorts with white socks.

The first title, in 2001/02, fell in the club's 80th year and carried promotion into Divize A; the second followed in 2023/24. Hluboká returned to Divize A after a season up in the 4. ČFL in 2024/25 and finished 2025/26 in 5th place, on 53 points from 30 matches.
