In 2024, at Lower.com Field, the Liga MX All-Stars beat the MLS All-Stars 4–1.
There is no club here in the ordinary sense, only a squad drawn each year from the best of Liga MX to face the MLS All-Stars in an exhibition that started in 2021. No home ground, no city, no colours that carry from one year to the next — the kit changes with the year, black in 2025, made by Charly in 2021. The match itself travels with the American side's host stadium: Banc of California Stadium in Los Angeles for the opener, then Allianz Field, Lower.com Field, and Q2 Stadium.
The 2021 game ended 1–1 before MLS won it on penalties. A year later, at Allianz Field in Saint Paul, Liga MX lost 1–2. In 2023 the fixture broke pattern entirely, with the MLS All-Stars facing Arsenal instead.
In 2025, it was Gilberto Mora who got on the scoresheet, in a squad picked, as always, only for the one night.
