Formerly: Pristina City Stadium
Fadil Vokrri Stadium at Rr. Enver Zymberi in Pristina.
What the place is today dates from the work that ended in 2018, when the stadium was rebuilt to receive a UEFA four-star rating — a mark that does not come lightly and that has kept it in the conversation for European competitions. Before that the surface was natural grass; in the summer of 2024 it was replaced by a hybrid pitch during a renovation that cost just over €1 million, a modest sum for what the ground has lived through since it opened in 1953. The capacity, set by the federation at 13,980, is a figure that has been debated for years.
The name on the front of the stands is not the one it carried for decades. On June 9, 2018, the stadium was renamed after Fadil Vokrri, former president of the Football Federation of Kosovo. The indoor hall nearby, the 1 Tetori Sports Hall, handles basketball, volleyball and handball, but it is the outdoor ground that draws the crowds. The national team plays here when the fixtures come together.
