Adams Park

When the ground was extended in 2001 to give visiting supporters more room, the licensed capacity stayed pegged at 10,000, because the local road network could not carry more.

Wycombe Wanderers arrived for the 1990–91 season, leaving Loakes Park behind. The name honours Frank Adams , a former club captain who had bought that earlier ground and handed it to the club. Between 2003 and 2006 the ground carried a sponsor's name, Causeway Stadium; the older name returned.

It opened holding 6,000. Promotion to the Football League in 1993 took it to roughly 9,500, and the Woodlands Stand — later the Frank Adams Stand — brought it to 10,000 in 1996.

Chelsea drew 10,000 for a friendly on 13 July 2005 , the ground's record, and returned on 10 January 2007 for the first leg of a League Cup semi-final that finished 1–1. Arsenal lost the FA Women's Premier League Cup final here to Charlton Athletic on 6 March 2006 .
