Naghsh-e Jahan
Sepahan have made it their home since it opened, save for the years it went dark for rebuilding. That closure ran from 2007 to 2016, and when the gates reopened in November of that year the capacity was pushed toward 75,000.
The stadium was still called the Olympic Stadium in its early years. It has staged the Hazfi Cup final four times, in 2004, 2006, 2007 and 2021, and AFC Champions League fixtures have passed through as well. A quieter arena sits inside the complex too, a 6,000-seat hall that has held world wrestling championships and AFC futsal finals.
A different kind of record followed in December 2024, when Sepahan hosted Persepolis in front of an entirely female crowd of around 45,000, a decision by the authorities after female fans had been insulted at an earlier fixture. Zob Ahan, the other Isfahan club, borrows the ground occasionally when its own is unavailable.
