Alashkert
The ground sits in Shengavit, on the left bank of the Hrazdan and hard by Lake Yerevan.
Its name has moved with its owners. In July 2024 FC Urartu purchased the venue for future use and the old name came back: Nairi again.
Alashkert's ownership changed the playing surface as well as the sign. The club renovated the ground to meet international standards, and by late 2013 the pitch had been relaid with new natural turf.
Because the ground did not meet UEFA requirements for international fixtures, Alashkert took their continental home matches to the Vazgen Sargsyan Republican Stadium. The ground itself has since hosted qualifiers against CFR Cluj in 2018 and against Rangers and Maccabi Tel Aviv in 2021, and it has taken in FC Noah, FC Van Yerevan and Armenia's U21 and U19 sides.
