The Estádio Alfredo Jaconi sits where the club's previous field, Quinta dos Pinheiros, lay since 1919. The name Alfredo Jaconi arrived in 1954 and stayed when the current structure was built on that same patch of earth from 1972 to 1975. The capacity listed by the CBF is 19,924, yet the club claims 23,726, and the attendance record of 27,740, set in 2002 against Grêmio.

The pitch is natural grass, Bermuda TifWay 419 installed via the "Big Rolls" method in 2021. That renovation cost about R$ 300,000 for the surface alone and included new seating and LED lighting. More significant changes arrived in the late 1990s and early 2000s, when VIP cabins and roof coverings were added. The stadium hosted the first leg of the 1999 Copa do Brasil Final, where Juventude defeated Botafogo 2–1 en route to winning the title, and it has seen matches in the Copa Libertadores and Copa Sudamericana, including the club's 2000 debut against El Nacional. The address is Rua Hércules Gallo, 1547, Centro, and the official website is https://www.juventude.com.br/.
