The ground sits in the Kışla district of Adana. Lig. The capacity is 2,544.

The stadium was operational by April 2019. The name Ali Hoşfikirer 1 No’lu Stadı was settled after his death in March 2012, supported by Adana MP Necdet Ünüvar. It is owned by the Adana Metropolitan Municipality, having been handed over from the Directorate of Youth and Sports.

You can see the effort in the new landscaping. The decaying trees that once crowded the perimeter were removed, leaving the pitch area open to the sky. The grass itself is the main feature. It is not a synthetic carpet, but a living surface that requires work.

The supporters of Bitexen Adana 1954 FK and İskenderunspor (1978) know the way. It does not try to be anything other than a pitch for football.
