Stadium
Alpenstadion Kapfenberg
Formerly: Alpenstadion Kapfenberg, Franz-Fekete-Stadion, Stadion Kapfenberg
Opened in 1950 as the Alpenstadion, it carried the name of Franz Fekete, a former mayor, from 2001 until an article surfaced detailing his SS past; the stadium reverted to Stadion Kapfenberg in the early 2020s before the Alpenstadion name returned in 2024.
The pitch itself remembers busier days. That same season the club played a full dozen Austrian top-flight fixtures here.
Three Austrian Cup finals passed through in the mid-1990s; more recent counts settle the capacity at 9,640, with a smaller allocation cleared for competitive matches.
