Arigatou Services Yume Stadium

It is not a new building, though the grass looks as if it was cut this morning.

The club used it for five years. They started there when the J.League required them to have a home with proper seating, and they left when the new stadium opened next door. The match against Nagano that finished 3–3 was played there, and after that the players began using the other field. The old pitch now serves the second team.

You walk past it on the way to the castle, and you do not think about it until the whistle blows.

The club moved on, but the ground remains. The wind still comes through the open ends, and the hills are still green.
