The capacity is recorded as 1008 — not a thousand, not "about a thousand". Somebody counted the seats and published the figure, and it has stood unchanged since the ground came into use in 2018. Arenas of this size are usually written up in round numbers; here the number is exact, and that exactness is the first thing on the record about the place.

The main pitch is laid with artificial turf. For a ground working through a full Belarusian season that is a practical choice rather than a cosmetic one: an artificial surface does not cut up badly through the closing weeks of autumn, and it carries training loads on the days between fixtures. A club at this level rarely has a second pitch to fall back on, so the one surface has to take everything.

The tenant is FC Astravets, which has played its home matches here in the First League of the Belarusian championship. The ground was built to that single purpose and has served it since opening — there is no earlier history attached to the site, no predecessor stand, no rebuilt terrace. What stands at 8 Parkovaya Street is eight years old, and everything on its record dates from 2018 onwards.
