Bashundhara Kings Arena

The Bashundhara Kings Arena is a home ground in Bangladeshi club football, tucked inside the Bashundhara Sports City complex in Block N of the Bashundhara Residential Area in Dhaka. Bashundhara Kings, the club that built and owns it, played their first match there on 17 February 2022, beating Bangladesh Police 3-0 to open the ground.

The pitch itself sets the arena apart: a hybrid GrassMaster surface weaving synthetic fibres through natural turf. Architect Mohammad Foyez Ullah of Volumezero Limited designed the stadium, with East West Property Development handling construction under project manager Maqsud H Bhuiyan for the Bashundhara Group.

Beyond its own tenants, the arena has become a shared home. Sheikh Russel KC played there from 2022 to 2024, Fortis FC moved in from 2024, and the Bangladesh national team has used it since 2023 for World Cup 2026 and Asian Cup 2027 qualifiers, alongside women's internationals. The AFC Cup group stage brought the ground its record crowds, 7,137 for matches against Odisha FC on 2 October 2023 and Mohun Bagan Super Giant on 7 November 2023. In July 2025 it hosted the SAFF U-20 Women's Championship.
