Binə Stadium
Baku, Azerbaijan
The pitch is artificial turf, and it has been replaced since it was laid down in 2012. The surface was renewed in the autumn of 2024 after the original layer reached the end of its operational life, and the new installation carries the FIFA "Quality Pro" label. That certification means the ground can host international matches, though the facility is more often used for local clubs in Azerbaijan's lower divisions and youth leagues.
The stadium sits in the Binə settlement within the Khazar District of Baku. It was constructed by the Azerbaijan Football Federation to FIFA standards under the initiative of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation. The capacity is small, seating only 600 spectators.
It is not a venue for major finals or large-scale events. The stadium has served as a home ground for local sides such as MOİK Baku, Şəfa Baku, and Sabail PFK, and it was used as a training venue for international teams during the 2012 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup, although no competitive matches were played there. The facility does not have a separate official website; its information is hosted on the federation's infrastructure page.
The ground has retained the name "Binə Stadium" since it was built, and it has not undergone any significant structural changes. The costs for maintaining the turf and all related expenses for stadiums under the federation's jurisdiction are borne directly by the federation.
