Brisbane Road
The West Stand dates from 1999 and now carries Tommy Johnston's name; the Justin Edinburgh Stand followed in 2005, the Community North Stand in 2007.
Before the Second World War the wooden stands and earth banking held around 10,000; the record is 34,345, set on 25 January 1964 for a third-round FA Cup tie against West Ham United. Conversion to an all-seater ground in the 1990s, required after the Taylor Report, cut the figure to where it stands today.
The site was used for sport from at least the 1890s, first as a cricket field. Leyton F.C. arrived in 1905, when the address gave the ground its name — Osborne Road. Leyton Orient moved in during 1937 and have not left, though the sponsor's name over the gate has: Matchroom, Breyer Group, Gaughan Group, and since May 2025 the BetWright Stadium.
In the summer of 2023 the pitch was relaid as SISGrass hybrid turf, at a cost of more than £1m. Tottenham Hotspur Women have played here since 2022.
