Åbyvallen

Four years after Åbyvallen opened, fire tore through its stand. A replacement stand went up within the year, ready for the early 1940s.

The playing surface changed more slowly. For decades the main pitch was gravel, and it was only in 2014 that the club laid artificial turf over it.

Klippans BIF, founded in 1914, called Åbyvallen home until 2004, when it merged with Forsby IF to form Klippans FF, the club now based at the ground. The old BIF side drew some of its biggest crowds for one-off "propaganda" fixtures in the 1951–52 season, when Hasse "HP" Persson turned out against Helsingborgs IF — Klippan lost 1–10, with Kalle Svensson standing in their goal. A match against Råå IF that same season also pulled a large crowd, and an earlier league fixture against Helsingborgs IF in 1951 is remembered simply as well attended.

Sweden's Under-18s used the ground for a four-nation tournament in September 2018, losing 0–2 to Austria and then 0–4 to Norway within three days. In July 2009, Status Quo played a full concert here as part of their Pictures: 40 Years of Hits tour, with Swedish support from Torsson.
