Centro de Treinamento Boston City FC

Renato Valentim, CEO of Boston City FC and based in the United States, has funded the whole thing privately.

Before it existed, the club — founded in 2018 — trained at a rented centre taken on in 2017 as a stopgap. Construction started in August 2020; the Centro de Desenvolvimento de Talentos opened on 31 January 2023 with two full-size pitches, both synthetic to FIFA standard. By then the Sub-15, Sub-17 and Sub-20 sides were already playing Campeonato Mineiro fixtures on that surface.

Dormitories, a canteen, classrooms, changing rooms and a video-review room sit on the same site. The events hall, Boston City Hall , opened on 7 May 2024 and hosts concerts as well as football.

The arena itself is a work in progress. The first phase was drawn at 6,000; by October 2024 some 2,500 seats stood finished, with work under way to take it past that.
