Cetilar® Arena

The ground opened as Arena Garibaldi , was renamed Campo Littorio in 1931, and in 1949 took the name of Romeo Anconetani . On 31 July 2024, a sponsorship agreement with the pharmaceutical company Cetilar added a fifth name over the gates.

Allied forces occupied the site during the Second World War and turned it into the 7029th Field Hospital.

The capacity has moved as much as the name. Between 1982 and 1994 the ground could take as many as 35,000; on 30 May 1988 a crowd of 25,000 came in for a Pisa Sporting Club trophy celebration. It went back up to 11,293 for 2024–25 when the Curva Nord reopened, and again for 2025–26 with the Curva Sud fully back in use and ten field boxes added. The Curva Nord carries the name of Maurizio Alberti, a supporter who died in 1998.

Pisa won two Coppa Mitropa finals here, beating Debrecen in 1985–86 and Váci Izzó in 1987–88. Italy have played four friendlies on the pitch: against Yugoslavia in 1987, Denmark in 1989, Norway in 1999 and Northern Ireland in 2009.
