Estadio Nueva Esparta stands as the primary stadium for professional sports on Margarita Island. The stadium in Porlamar opened in 1956 and carries the capacity for 18,000 spectators. The ground hosted the Caribbean Series (Serie del Caribe) in 2010 and 2014, and is used by football teams such as Margarita F.C.

Visitors looking for a training base often head for the Centro Nacional de Alto Rendimiento (CNAR) Los Robles instead. The complex is owned by the Venezuelan Football Federation (FVF) and serves as a residential training base for the national teams. It was inaugurated in 2013 following approval in 2001. The site features three football pitches: two with natural grass and one with artificial grass, alongside a small grandstand with a capacity of 1,500 to 2,000 spectators for the main pitch.
