CT Manoel Dresch sits in the Industrial District of Cuiabá.

The site was opened in 2024, though the team had been using the first field since 2021. The club named it for Manoel Dresch, the former owner of the Drebor tire company who helped found Cuiabá Esporte Clube. He died in 2023, and the training ground stands as a quiet record of that early investment.

One of the four fields is synthetic, a stark contrast to the natural grass used for the rest of the training. It was built later, in 2025, and requires weekly brushing to keep the fibres upright.
