Dakota Arena
When it was completed in 1978 — construction had begun two years earlier, with the first match played there in the 1978/79 season — the terraces took 7,515 people: 792 seated, 1,300 covered standing places and 5,425 open standing.
The reduction came in 2005, when the full seated stand was demolished and replaced. Licensing and safety requirements cut the capacity to 3,482, and it has stayed there since. In 2022 a new stand for 4,200 was built on the site, but the club never obtained the permissions to use it, so the official figure remained the 2005 one.
For most of its life the ground carried the name of a mayor: Burgemeester Van de Wielestadion, rendered in English sources as Mayor Van de Wiele Stadion. That lasted until November 2021, when it was renamed Dakota Arena after the Belgian property firm Dakota Vastgoed.
The pitch is natural grass.
