The ground on ulitsa Akademika Vyshelesskogo opened under a different name altogether — Darida — and only later became the training and matchday home of the Dinamo Minsk academy in Kamennaya Gorka, out in the Frunzensky District.

What sets it apart now is the rebuild. Work finished in June 2021, and the ceremonial reopening followed on 3 September that year. The reconstruction went well beyond the stands: three more football fields, a dormitory for 28 residents, dressing rooms, a press centre and a gym. The pitch is artificial turf with heating underneath it, which is the point of the whole arrangement — the season here does not stop for the Belarusian winter.

The three covered stands, fitted with plastic seats in club colours, took the capacity to 5,200, up from the 4,500 and 3,905 figures the ground had carried before. That number has since been tested by more than youth football. The Belarusian Super Cup final came here twice in a row: BATE Borisov against Shakhter Soligorsk in 2022, then Shakhter against Gomel in 2023.

The attendance record, though, predates all of it. On 11 May 2010, 4,150 spectators came for a Belarusian Premier League match between Dinamo Minsk and BATE Borisov — and the mark has stood since.
