Stadium
Estadi Ciutat de València
Formerly: Estadio Antonio Román, Nou Estadi del Llevant
Work on the Estadi Ciutat de València began in the summer of 2019, and when the main phase finished in November 2020. The first phase cost around €16.5m.
It opened as Estadio Antonio Román, after a former club president, became Nou Estadi del Llevant in 1972, and took the city's own name in 1999. No sponsor has ever been attached to it.
The surface has changed almost as often.
Because Валенсия is not Ukraine, the ground took a fixture that belonged elsewhere: on 26 March 2026 Ukraine met Sweden here in a World Cup qualifying play-off, the war at home making it impossible to stage the match there.
