Stadium
Estádio Rodrigo Passos Delgado
Quito, Ecuador
Formerly: Estadio Liga Deportiva Universitaria
The stadium sits in Cotocollao, in the north of Quito, and is called La Casa Blanca — the White House. It belongs outright to Liga Deportiva Universitaria, the club it was built for.
Construction ran from 1 March 1995 to 1997, and the ground opened on 6 March 1997 with LDU beating Atlético Mineiro 3-1 in the first match played there. It carried the plain name Estadio Liga Deportiva Universitaria before being renamed in 2017 for Rodrigo Paz Delgado, a former club president.
