Even the address is disputed. Match reports from the Círculo de Periodistas Deportivos del Paraguay send visitors to the corner of Mayor Martínez and Alejo García, in the Sajonia neighbourhood of Asunción. Business directories name a different street. The club's own supporters write about Barrio San Pablo, and a third account puts the ground near the Hipódromo. The coordinates fall between the last two, which explains how the confusion survives.

The scale is part of that. Fifteen hundred spectators is the working figure, and it has not moved since the ground opened. What arrives instead is a plaque, photographed in March 2026, marking works.

The name belongs to Dr Rubén Ramírez, a former president of Club 3 de Noviembre, and the ground carries his title as often as not: Estadio Dr Rubén Ramírez. The club that plays here reached its own name by a similar route, founded in 1959 as Club 15 de Mayo and renamed two years later. It competes in the Primera División B, the third tier of Paraguayan football, and the fixtures that come through are official ones.
