Express
It opened in 1970, built by the town's locomotive repair works, and for two decades carried the name of the Leninsky Komsomol before passing into municipal hands in the 1990s.
A reconstruction timed to the city's 850th anniversary brought a modern electronic scoreboard and floodlights. The artificial surface itself is newer still, relaid in a federal renovation programme that also refreshed the running track around it.
Express is home to FC Luki-Energiya, and beyond league fixtures it hosts the regional final of the Pskov Oblast Cup most seasons, a fixture that draws in clubs from across the province rather than just the city. Attendances stay modest by design — a few hundred for routine matches, closer to two thousand when a name like Spartak-2's reserve side comes to town.
There is no dedicated stadium website; anyone looking for fixtures or news checks the club's own pages instead, a small detail that says something about how this ground still runs — closer to a sports school's home pitch than a commercial venue, with the youth academy based here since 1980 doing as much to keep the gates open as any first-team match does.
