Finley Stadium Davenport Field

The ground's two names come from two Chattanooga businessmen: the stadium honours W. That corporation put the project together with money from the city, Hamilton County, the state of Tennessee, UTC and private donors, and the bill came to roughly $28.5 million.

It was built on the Southside, as part of a wider revitalisation that also turned the neighbouring Ross-Meehan Foundry into the First Horizon Pavilion. The stadium took over from Chamberlain Field, which by then had aged out of use, and the first match drew 22,646.

The largest crowd came a decade later, on 14 December 2007, when 23,010 watched Appalachian State beat Delaware 49–21 in the NCAA Division I football championship game. The United States men's national team played a friendly against Jamaica on the ground in 2017, winning 1–0.

The UTC Mocs have played football here since the opening, and Chattanooga FC have been tenants since 2009. The current AstroTurf Gameday Grass surface went down in 2015, at a cost of about $600,000.
