Geolog stadioni

The clue is in the name, and in the neighbourhood that shares it: the ground sits in the Geolog mahalla of Qarshi, on Nasaf Street, and has carried the same name since the day it opened — 1 May 1983.

What it has instead is a habit of standing in for something else. The club that played here first was Geolog , which later became Nasaf ; in 1991 it used this pitch during a season in the lowest tier of the Soviet championship.

That lighting question shaped the ground itself. Of the three overhauls — 1993, 1995 and 2011 — the last brought in 1,500-watt LED units to reach the 1,200-lux standard that competition now demands. Further work followed in 2020.

Today the main tenant is a women's side. Sevinch play their home matches here, alongside the men of Lochin . The biggest occasion the ground has staged belongs to Sevinch too: on 23 April 2015 they drew 1-1 with Metallurg W in the Uzbekistan Super Cup, a result that took the trophy on aggregate.
