Gradska Plaža Stadium
Struga sits on the edge of Lake Ohrid, and its football ground reflects that Gradska Plaža . The name is literal: the municipal beach. The pitch runs along Partizanska Street, separated from the shore by a narrow stretch of concrete. The original surface has remained natural grass since the ground opened in 1970, though the seating situation has shifted over time. StadiumDB notes that 500 seats were once installed before being removed, reverting the stands to terraces, while other sources suggest a capacity of only 500 or perhaps 1,000 today. The official figure remains disputed, but the feel is one of simplicity.
That July brought European football to the shores of Ohrid for the first time in the club's history. On the 17th, FC Struga hosted ŠK Slovan Bratislava in the second leg of the UEFA Champions League first qualifying round. The match ended 1–2, though the aggregate defeat was 2–6. Just one week later, on July 24, the same crowd watched a different result. FC Struga defeated FC Pyunik 2–1 in the first leg of the UEFA Europa Conference League second qualifying round. The stadium itself did not change.
