Hampden Park
Hampden Park has hosted more European club finals than any ground in Britain, and the 2002 Champions League final, decided by Zinedine Zidane's volley for Real Madrid against Bayern, sits alongside five others stretching back to 1960, when Real Madrid beat Eintracht Frankfurt 7:3 in front of 127,621. Glasgow Cup finals from 1962, 1966 and 1976 followed, then the UEFA Cup final of 2007.
The ground's own attendance record dates to 17 April 1937, when 149,415 turned out for Scotland against England — a European record for an international fixture that has stood since.
Scotland have played here since 1906, and Queen's Park have held the tenancy from the very start in 1903, with Rangers using the ground for home fixtures during the 2024/25 season while Ibrox was under redevelopment.
In December 2025, Barclays became the first sponsor to attach its name to the stadium in its 122-year history.
