Harlos-Arena

The Harlos-Arena sits inside the Bürgerpark sports grounds in Geestemünde, the district that gives ESC Geestemünde its name. It carries the name of Reinhold Harlos, a local backer, and locals still know the plot by its older, blunter tag — Bezirkssportanlage Bürgerpark Platz 2, the district's own way of marking it as one ground among several rather than anything grander.

Two thousand spectators fit around the artificial pitch. ESC 02 Geestemünde play their Bremen-Liga fixtures here, and the club's reserve side takes the same pitch a level down, in the Bremen district league, so match days rarely leave the arena empty for long.

No record fixes when the ground first opened, and no attendance figure stands out from the archive. What is documented is more recent: a new stand went up in 2022.
