Hitachi Capital Mobility Stadium

The ground opened under the name Euroborg in 2006, spent two years as the NoordLease Stadion, three more as the Hitachi Capital Mobility Stadion, and in 2021 reverted to the original.

That old ground had held around 22,000 at its peak in the mid-1980s, but conversion to an all-seater cut it to 11,224 by the end — so the new stadium, designed by Wiel Arets , provided a capacity larger than the club had known a generation earlier.

Supporters had thrown toilet rolls as part of a choreography; 28 people were taken to hospital and one man was arrested.

Beyond the club, the ground staged the final of the 2007 UEFA European Under-21 Championship, where the Netherlands beat Serbia, along with Portugal's group matches. The Netherlands women's side has played here too, including a 2019 World Cup qualifier against Norway watched by 20,980.
