The stadium at 1350 NW 55th Street sits on ground that was cleared after the old Lockhart Stadium was torn down in 2019. The new structure opened in July 2020, just a week before Fort Lauderdale CF played their first game against Greenville Triumph SC. Inter Miami CF took to the same pitch three weeks later for a match against Orlando City SC, winning 3–2.

What stands out immediately is the main stand, a single block of seating with a deep, black overhang that stretches out over the crowd. The pitch itself is natural grass, laid in a Latitude 36® variety, and the white lines of the penalty area are clearly marked against the green.

The capacity has shifted over time. When the doors first opened, there were roughly 18,000 seats. In July 2023, temporary bleachers were added to the ends, pushing the number over 21,000. A further 1,200 permanent seats were installed in January 2024, bringing the official figure to 21,550. This was the same crowd that filled the stands for the match against New York City FC in March 2024, and again for the encounter with FC Cincinnati later that year. The stadium also hosted the MLS Cup final on December 6, 2025, when Inter Miami CF beat Vancouver Whitecaps FC 3–1.

The name on the scoreboard changes with sponsorship—once DRV PNK Stadium, then Chase Stadium—but the site remains the base for the reserve side, Fort Lauderdale CF.
