Khorezm

Ургенч held one football venue and one only. The stadium opened in 1983 as Olimpiya, a name it carried for close to two decades before the 2002–2003 rebuild ahead of the "Umid nihollari" youth games left it renamed Khorezm.

That rebuild is the hinge in its story: a stadium laid down in the early 1980s, built out and finished in 1983, then stripped back and rebuilt twenty years later for a specific event rather than a general modernisation, which is often how provincial Uzbek grounds get their upgrades — tied to a fixture on the calendar rather than a club's ambition. Capacity settled at 13,500 after the work was done, and the pitch has stayed natural grass throughout, no artificial surface phase to speak of.

Khorezm does not publish a street address; even satellite listings give only coordinates and a postal code, which says something about how little the ground has needed a public-facing profile — it has served Ürgench without needing to advertise itself beyond it.
