Krenzler Field
What sets Krenzler Field apart on the Cleveland State campus is its fixed purpose. Opened on 18 October 1985 at a cost of $1.9 million, it has kept the same 1,680 seats ever since — just the occasional resurfacing and a replacement of the air-supported dome that once covered it in winter.
It has mostly stayed a college venue in the truest sense. Cleveland State Vikings men's and women's soccer, along with the men's lacrosse team, call it home.
