Long An Stadium
Tân An, Vietnam
Long An Stadium stands on 44B Trương Định Street in Tân An, where the administrative lines shifted and the province was folded into Tây Ninh Province. There is no name change to account for; the grounds have always carried the same title since they opened in 1984, a construction effort that took five years to complete.
The playing surface is natural grass, and the capacity is tight at 19,975. That number is precise enough to feel specific, unlike the rounded 20,000 that some sources prefer. The pitch is the centre of attention for Long An FC, formerly Dong Tam Long An, a club that actually won the V-League championships in 2005 and 2006. Their success at this ground is not a distant memory. The facility also includes a training center and swimming pool located at 7 Trương Định Street within the same complex.
