Marathon Park

Marathon Park does not carry a founding date anyone has bothered to record. This one, in Austell, Georgia, is something else entirely — a working football ground with a natural grass pitch, floodlights and stands, run through its parks and recreation system.

There is no running track ringing the pitch, and the surface doubles for baseball and softball when football isn't using it. Youth sides pass through as well, including the Atlanta Metros, who use it for their own fixtures.
