The ground sits in Marston, a district of Oxford. The surface is flat and green.

Oxford City F.C. have called it home ever since, though the name on the gate has changed more often than the ground has. It was Court Place Farm when it opened, then Velocity Stadium and RAW Charging Stadium, before settling as The MGroup Stadium. The postcode OX3 0NQ remains the same, and the capacity is 3,100, a figure that contradicts the database figure of 3,000. A crowd of 3,100 filled the ground against St Albans City on 14 May 2023 for the National League South play-off final. A previous record at the old White House Ground was 9,500, a number that has never been reached here.

The venue is sometimes confused with Meadow Lane in Nottingham or the Marsh Lane in Barton-upon-Humber, but this is a quiet corner of Oxford. The ground has hosted an FA Cup tie against Wycombe Wanderers in 1999–2000 that went to a second replay after a fire alarm, and a BT Sport broadcast replay against Tranmere Rovers in 2018–19. The pitch is artificial turf. It is the only ground in Oxford that does not have a natural surface.
